At the hour of the National Free War, the Ukrainian Cossack State - the Hetmanate - was created by the Ukrainian people under Bohdan Khmelnitsky Boulevard, with Chigirin becoming the military-administrative and political center. The first capital of the Hetmanate was the residence of such hetmans as B. Khmelnitsky, I. Vigovsky, Yu. Khmelnytsky, P. Teterya and P. Doroshenko. On the obverse of the coin there is a depiction of a Cossack with a horsetail on the background of Cossack horns, garmats, timpani, above it is the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, the coin was issued in 2006 and the inscription is placed: NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE (eel with a puff), 10/ HRYVEN (at the bottom), as well as for the metal, its purity - Ag 925, purity - 31.1 and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
