The commemorative medal "Heavenly Hundred on Guard" is made of nickel silver, minted in "special uncirculated" quality, weighs 16.54 g, has a diameter of 35.0 mm, and has a mintage of up to 100,000 pieces. The obverse of the medal depicts Archangel Michael surrounded by Ukrainian ornaments; below are the inscriptions: "Mommy, forgive me for the black scarf, for from now on you will be on your own. I loved you and I loved Ukraine, for she, like you, was my only one." and "Glory to the Heroes!". The reverse depicts the heroes of the Ukrainian Maidan events on a barricade, one of whom is holding a blue and yellow State Flag of Ukraine; at the top is the inscription "Heavenly Hundred on Guard"; below is the year of minting - 2014. The price in a gift booklet is 480 UAH.
