On the obverse of the coins there is an image of the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine on a steppe landscape, which consists of several types of local flora and fauna. Above the coat of arms there is an inscription: UKRAINE and 1998. Under the images on the coin from the cut is indicated: denomination - 10 HRYVEN (two rows), value - 31.1 (left-handed), designated metal fineness - Ag 925 (right-handed). On the nickel silver coin, under the images, there is a denomination: 2 HRYVNI (two rows). On the reverse of the coins there is a composition that consists of an image of a steppe stone woman and a dynamic group of creatures acclimated to the reserve. Above the images there is an inscription on the stake: ASKANIA-NOVA. In the lower part of the composition there is an image of the coat of arms of the Falz-Fein family and an inscription on the count of 100 ROKIV.
