The soviet rozkishnaya is dedicated to the soviet rozkishnaya - a rare, and more precisely - a unique type of snowflake, listed before the Red Book of Ukraine. In Ukraine, it occurs locally in Polissya, forest-steppe and steppe areas, as well as near Crimea.
