On the obverse of the coin, in the center of the stake, made with a nasm pattern, there is an image of the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine framed by viburnum. Above the coat of arms is the date 1997 - the river of the coin. According to the inscription: on the top is UKRAINE, at the bottom there are two rows of 2 HRYVNIAS. The inscriptions are reinforced with one type of decorative signs. On the reverse of the coin there is a cartouche with an inscription on three rows of 28 CHERVNYA 1996.
