The National Technical University of Ukraine plays an important role in the preparation of highly qualified engineering and scientific personnel and the ability of rich people to enter the top three largest positions in Ukraine. On the obverse of the medal is placed: the main building of the university, above which is the small State Emblem of Ukraine and the foundation of the university - 1898; according to the number of letters: NATIONAL TECHNICAL (Ugor), UNIVERSITY OF UKRAINE (UNISU). On the reverse of the medal there is a gilded coat of arms of the university (local gilding, gold in purity not less than 0.0008 g), under which the river karbuvannya - 2018.
