On the obverse of the medal there is placed: eel - the small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, under the inscription UKRAINE; in the center there is a fragment of what used to be the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which has the appearance of a lit book and ends with an attic surface, river carbuvania 2021 (at the bottom); logo of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine (left-handed on the fly). On the reverse of the medal, on a mirrored background, there is a logo of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, under the inscription: CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE (in ink on a matte background), 25 ROKIV (at the bottom).
